The cold rolling plant comprises two continuous pickling installations, a continuous four-stand mill and one-stand tempering mill, a heat-treating of department with the bell-type furnaces, two installations for continuous hot-dip galvanizing, units for transverse and longitudinal cutting of cold-rolled, hot-rolled and hot-roiled pickled coils.
Carbon, low-alloyed steel rolled products in sheets and coils are manufactured at this shop:
- hot-rolled pickled strips in coils 1,8-4.5 mm In thickness, 115-1375 mm in width, and in sheets 1,8-4,5 х 1000-1425 х 1500-4500 mm in size;
- cold-rolled strips in coils 0.5-2.0 mm in thickness, 1000-1250 mm in width, and in sheets 0,5-2.0 х 1000-1250 х 2000-2500 mm in size;
- cold-rolled strips 0.5-1 х 20-60 mm and 0.5-2.0 mm x 100-650 mm, galvanized strips 0.5-1.0 х 20-60 mm and 0,5-1.5 х 100-650 mm in size;
- galvanized strips in coils 0.5-1.5 mm in thickness, 1000-1250 mm in width, and sheets 2000-2500 mm in length.
